We have found your services to be above and beyond anything we have contracted for in the past. Your knowledge and experience have provided us with the confidence in knowing that our system is right for our needs and is up to compliance with all governing agencies. Your honest communication with us regarding the type of system you suggested along with its complete maintenance has allowed us to focus on other areas of our business needing our full attention.
Most appreciative is the way you take the time to explain how our system works and the language you use in explaining how our system should function and what is needed at any given time. This type of approach is extremely helpful with our decision making process and in setting our budget priorities.

Thomas Krasowski was a lifesaver for our subdivision.  We are all working families with nearly a zero understanding of water issues.  With the deadline to comply with arsenic issues arriving we contacted Thomas for help….Thomas rectified all of that.  Thomas has done an outstanding job of educating us, training us, creating paperwork and walking it through various agencies for us, and helping us to resolve the arsenic issue… If Southwest Health District has a list of A+ subdivisions, we are on it and it is because of Thomas…   And, quite frankly, I believe that Thomas charges less than half of what he should!

I recently had the pleasure to work with Thomas Krasowski with IES Waterworks on a Facility Plan and
Preliminary Engineering Report for converting an existing non-potable water well to a potable water source for a
steel fabrication facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Thomas not only provided excellent service and response to every
request, but also provided insight with what would be expected for Idaho Department of Environmental Quality
approval.

On a recent facility planning efforts for a small municipality, Thomas Krasowski with IES Waterworks provided the asset management efforts to help the utility understand the current status of their assets.
An Asset Management Plan helps the end user to manage infrastructure assets to help minimize the total cost of owning and operating the utility resulting in the lowest possible user rate, while continuously delivering the level of service customer’s desire, at an acceptable level of risk.
Thomas’s past experience as a Public Works Director, City Councilman and Contract Water and Wastewater Operator, helps provide him with the knowledge and experience in understanding issues that small utilities face, and has provided a great asset management tool to the City.
